AiCyber.Guru ("we", "us") is an official EC-Council Accredited Training Centre. This policy explains what personal data we collect through aicyber.guru, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it. We are the Data Fiduciary for this data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Why we collect this: to verify submissions are genuine rather than automated, to prevent spam and abuse of our forms, to understand which channels our enquiries come from, and to respond in the right language and time zone. We rely on our legitimate interest in securing our services and on your consent, given when you submit the form.
We do not place advertising or tracking cookies, build behavioural profiles, or track you across other websites.
We use your browser's sessionStorage to briefly remember which campaign link brought you to the site, so that attribution survives as you move between pages. It is cleared automatically when you close the tab. It is not a cookie and is not shared with anyone.
We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to deliver what you asked for:

Some of these providers process data outside India. Where that happens, it is carried out under their standard contractual protections.

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enforced. Enquiry records are held in access-controlled accounts limited to authorised staff. Bot verification is performed server-side so that verification secrets are never exposed in your browser. We do not store passwords, and the site has no user accounts or public profiles.

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
We will update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
