A full refund (minus payment-gateway charges) is available if requested within 7 days of payment, provided training has not commenced and no courseware, lab access, or exam voucher has been issued.
Once EC-Council courseware, iLabs access codes, or exam vouchers have been issued/redeemed, those components are non-refundable, as they are provisioned directly by EC-Council.
You may transfer to a later batch at no cost with at least 3 days' notice before your batch start date.
If we cancel or reschedule a batch, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to another batch.
Email contact@aicyber.guru with your payment reference (Razorpay Payment ID if paid online). Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
